What is your return policy for tile and natural stone?

Unused, full cases of tile or stone can be returned within 90 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note that custom orders and clearance items are final sale.

Do you offer professional installation services?

While we are a materials retailer, we can provide a list of independent, local professional installers who are experienced with our specific product lines.

Can I pick up my online order at a local warehouse?

Yes, we offer a free 'Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store' option. Most orders are ready for curbside or warehouse pickup within 2 to 4 hours.

Do you provide samples before I commit to a large purchase?

Absolutely. We offer swatch-sized samples for most of our flooring, backsplash, and countertop materials for a small fee, which includes shipping.

How should I care for and maintain my new hardwood floors?

We recommend using manufacturer-approved cleaners and avoiding excessive water. Use felt pads under furniture legs and sweep regularly to prevent grit from scratching the finish.
